Contracting can be considered the starting point of any conflict. You have two or more parties that have agreed in principle to an outcome. You then cement the understanding with a contract. But what if, in creating that contract, you have conflicts?

  3. Arbitration – If things still aren’t going well, you can have a third–party step in and decide after hearing from both sides. This is a binding decision and similar to our next, escalated step, except arbitration is typically less formal and much quicker.  
  4. Litigation – If things have broken down to the point of “talk to the lawyers,” you’re now headed to litigation where the court will decide who’s right, who’s wrong, and what needs to be done about it.  

Conclusion
